Getting Started
Planning for an international experience starts with understanding the costs and payment process. We provide clear information on payment methods, installment options, and funding opportunities to help you plan ahead with confidence.

Secure Your Spot

applied directly toward the total program fee. This deposit confirms your participation and allows
our team to begin preparing for your Nomad experience.
Choose Your Payment Method
Pay in Full
Participants may pay their full program fee in one payment with no additional payment plan fee. Pay at your convenience.
Payment Plan
Participants may divide their program fee into two payments for an additional $200 payment plan fee.

Refund &
Cancellation Policy
Because Nomad makes advance commitments for accommodations, clinics, transportation, and other program expenses, payments are binding once submitted. The $500 enrollment deposit is non-refundable, but it may be applied toward a future Nomad program.
Refund requests submitted more than one month before the program start date may be considered for a refund and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be subject to applicable processing or administrative fees.
Cancellations made within one month of the program start date are not eligible for a refund.
Fund Your Nomad Experience
Scholarships & Grants
Check with your university, study abroad office, academic department, and financial aid office for scholarships, travel grants, and other funding opportunities.
Fundraising
Fundraising can be a great way to involve your family, friends, community, and local organizations in your journey. Students can create online campaigns and share their goals and upcoming experience with their network.
Start Early
Scholarship deadlines and funding opportunities can occur months before a program begins. Starting early gives you more time to research opportunities, apply for funding, and build support through fundraising.
